What we collect

• •Your details: your name, company, phone number, and email address, so we can confirm the referral, ask questions, and send your reward.
• •Your client's details: their name, phone number, email, city, optional street address, and any notes you include, so our team can reach them and schedule the work they need.

How it's used

• •Contacting your client about the services you referred them for, and scheduling that work.
• •Keeping you updated on your referral's status and reward.
• •Emailing your referral confirmation and, once the customer is invoiced, delivering your gift card to the email you provided.

What we will never do

• •We will never sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share the client or referrer contact data submitted through this form in any form, to anyone.
• •We will never add your clients to marketing lists or contact them for anything other than the referral you submitted.
• •We will never share partner contact information with your clients or other partners.

Who sees it

Only HillPro Plumbing's office team and the technicians working your client's job. Access is limited to the two staff accounts that manage referrals, and the information is stored securely in our backend system. Your client may request that we delete their information at any time by contacting us.
